AAA Docs helps people in South Africa and overseas obtain official documents without having to map every department queue themselves.
The catalogue is organised the way the work actually happens. You choose a category such as Home Affairs, then a service such as birth certificates, then a type such as abridged or unabridged. That last step matters: an abridged extract is often enough locally, while an unabridged certificate is usually required for passports, visas, and authentication abroad.
We are an independent assistance service. We are not the Department of Home Affairs, the South African Police Service, or DIRCO. Certificates are issued by those departments. We prepare instructions, lodge where allowed, follow up, collect, and courier.
Identity numbers, fingerprints, and civil records are used only to complete the instruction you send us, in line with POPIA. We do not sell personal information.
